Resumen

A lo largo de su trayectoria intelectual, Rawls fue perfilando las principales características de una sociedad bien ordenada y llegó a la conclusión de que no todo sistema político-económico es compatible con la justicia como equidad. Este trabajo realiza un estudio analítico que rastrea las diferentes etapas de este proceso, reconstruye e interpreta las principales tesis y sostiene que el núcleo de estos argumentos arroja luz para sostener la incapacidad de toda forma conocida de capitalismo de satisfacer los requisitos de la justicia.

Abstract

Throughout his intellectual trajectory, Rawls outlined the main characteristics of a well-ordered society, reaching the conclusion that not every political-economic system is compatible with justice as fairness. This paper carries out an analytical study which traces the different stages of this process, reconstructs and interprets the main theses and maintains that the core of these arguments sheds light to sustain the inability of any known form of capitalism to satisfy the requirements of justice.
