Resumen:

El debate contemporáneo en torno a los procesos de justicia transicional viene centrándose en la tarea del reconocimiento del daño causado y en la reparación del mal infligido. En este artí- culo, a través de los últimos trabajos del filósofo francés Paul Ricoeur, trataremos de mostrar la necesidad de añadir a esa labor irrenunciable el efectivo trabajo de duelo que concluye en el olvido activo y el perdón, y la base afectiva en la que estos últimos descansan: la altura del sentimiento amoroso.

Abstract:

The contemporary debate around the processes of transitional justice has focused on the task of recognising the harm done and on the reparation of the wrong inflicted. In this article, by means of the last works of the French philoso- pher Paul Ricoeur, we will seek to show the necessity of adding to this inaliena- ble duty the efficacious work of mour - ning that concludes in active forgetting and in pardon, and the affective base on which both of these rest: the height of the sentiment of love.
