Resumen:

La recepción del pensamiento de Krause en España y su desarrollo origi- nal hasta conformar la corriente krausista, que contiene su propia concepción de Derecho natural, se inserta en la tradición de pensamiento escolástica, dominante hasta ese momento enfrentándose así una concepción iusnaturalista tomista con la racionalista y armónica propia del krausismo. Entre ellas se aprecian algunos puntos de contacto y radicales diferencias.

The reception of Krause’s thought in Spain and its original development to conform the Spanish Krausist national current, containing its own conception of natural law, is inserted in the tradi tion of scholastic thought, dominant up to that moment, thus confronting a Thomistic naturalist conception with the rationalistic and harmonious conception of Krausism.
