Resumen

Este artículo aborda la cuestión de la multiplicidad en Dirección única (Einbahnstrasse) de Walter Benjamin. Por su estructura, este libro supuso un primer intento de Benjamin de incorporar técnicas de la vanguardia literaria a la filosofía, pero también fue el resultado de su contacto con Asja Lacis y con el Marxismo. Intentaremos seguir en sus lineas una temprana pero sólida muestra del pensamiento de Benjamin sobre historia, técnica y sociedad de masas.

Abstract

This article explores the issue of multiplicity in Walter Benjamin’s One-street-way (Einbahnstrasse). Because of its structure, this work was Benjamin’s first attempt to incorporate techniques of literary avant-garde to philosophy, but it was also the result of his contact with Asja Lacis and his rapprochement to Marxism. We will try to follow in the lines of this text an early, but clear, sign of Benjamin’s thought about history, technology or mass society.
