Resumen

En la primera parte de este trabajo se presenta un estudio de los principales textos, en los cuales el filósofo lituano-francés Emmanuel Levinas desarrolla el tema del arte y su función exótica. En la segunda parte, se analizará el espacio poético e inagotable que nos ofrece el relato «Ígitur o la locura de Elbehnon» de Stéphane Mallarmé, desde la perspectiva exótica del arte que propone Levinas.

Abstract

In the first part of this paper a study of the main texts appears, in which the Lituan- French philosopher Emmanuel Levinas develops the subject of art and its exotic function. In the second part, there is an analisis of the the poetic and inexhaustible space that the story “Igitur or the Madness of Elbehnon” of Stéphane Mallarmé offers from the exotic perspective of the art that proposes Levinas.
