Resumen

El debate sobre la existencia de Dios ha vuelto contemporáneamente al foro público. Los que la afirman y los que lo niegan utilizan argumentos clásicos, pero revisados a la luz de los avances filosóficos actuales. La misma filosofía de la religión ha planteado cuestiones que han obligado a revisar las posiciones de otras ramas de la filosofía (epistemología, metafísica, lógica…) y ella misma ha afinado la concepción de Dios revisando los cambios que este concepto ha sufrido a lo largo de la historia. En este artículo analizamos esas transformaciones en los diversos órdenes y señalamos que la existencia de Dios es más probable que improbable.

Abstract

The debate on the existence of God is an issue for discussion again. Those who claim that God exists and those who deny his existence are using classical arguments, but reviewed in the light of current philosophical approaches. Philosophy of religion has also posed questions that have forced to review some approaches in other areas of philosophy (epistemology, metaphysics, logic…) and it has refined the concept of God reviewing the changes this concept has gone through along history. In this paper, I analyze these transformations in the different areas and I try to show that the existence of God is more probable than improbable.
