Resumen

El presente trabajo recorre el Tratado de la reforma del entendimiento a partir de la diferencia entre entendimiento e imaginación. En este itinerario se pretende aquilatar la diferencia esencial entre la idea verdadera y las ideas de nuestra imaginación, donde se discriminan las tareas de ambas facultades y donde se fundamenta la epistemología spinozista, apoyada en la teoría del paralelismo.

Abstract

The present work covers the Treatise on the Reform of Understanding from the starting point of the difference between understanding and imagination. This itinerary tries to assess the essential difference between the true idea and the ideas of our imagination, where the functions of both faculties are discriminated and where Spinoza’s epistemology is founded, based on the theory of parallelism.
